NociPharm’s Strategy:
Our business objective is to discover, develop and commercialize over-the-counter products that address consumer needs through a rapid and efficient process. We developed our business strategy to ensure stringent focus on these objectives, envisioned to finance the move of NociPharm to a fully integrated international Pharma Company. Highlights of our business strategy for the next 2 years are dedicated to RescuDerm™, a series of SkinCare products, as follows:
NociPharm has been granted Intellectual Property protection by the US PTO and under International Patent Treaties. Patent protection broadly consolidates NociPharm's H+ technology for the treatment of burns. Follow-up filings extend and broaden claims based on proprietary, new insights, observations and research. Following an accelerated patenting process, NociPharm received in 2004 altogether 24 National patents in Europe, a Canadian and two US patents are filed and pending, the latter including NociPharm's new discovery of an extremely rapid and broad-spectrum antimicrobial drug, related to its RescuDerm™ product, with anticipated use in medical, veterinary and food safety markets.
